About this position

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in data processing and backend development. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable data-driven solutions, ETL pipelines, and efficient data processing workflows, collaborating closely with analytics, engineering, and business teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications and data processing solutions using Python
    • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Pandas and NumPy
    • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
    • Work with large datasets and optimize data processing workflows
    • Support basic distributed data processing using PySpark
    • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and backend teams
    • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
    • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across pipelines
    • Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Good to Have Skills

    • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
    • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect – good to have)
    • Understanding of APIs and data integration
    • Knowledge of Git and version control systems
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
    • Good communication and collaboration abilities
    • Attention to detail and passion for clean UI development
