About this position

The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet our business goals.

What are you going to do?

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
    • Proven work experience in end-to-end core IT recruitment and IT services businesses and Niche profiles.
    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management.
    • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes and policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.
    • Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met.
    • Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisitions, preparing JD with concern with Departments head.

You need to have :

    • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end core IT recruitment and client/vendor handling.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of an HR team.
